Tilak Mehta was just 15 years old, still attending school in Mumbai, when he founded Papers n Parcels, a courier delivery startup. The idea came from a very ordinary teenage problem: he wanted to send a book to his grandfather but found the process of courier services too slow and complicated.

Instead of accepting the frustration, he built a same-day delivery courier network aimed at solving exactly that problem for others. The startup went on to attract attention and investment, making Tilak one of India's most recognized teenage entrepreneurs.

What's notable is that he built this while still balancing regular schoolwork - not as a full-time founder, but as a student who treated a personal annoyance as a business opportunity worth solving properly.

His story is often cited in Indian entrepreneurship circles as proof that a startup idea doesn't need to be complicated or high-tech to be valuable — it just needs to solve a real problem well.
